• provide equal learning opportunities to all students of diverse ability 
• increase student motivation

• enable pupils to access the scarce information 
• enable pupils to gather the information needed long or too expensive to collect 
• creating a fun and challenging learning 
• enable pupils to try or perform experiments difficult, too expensive, impossible or dangerous to be performed in the usual way
• enhancing students' creativity and imagination 
• provide opportunities for students to learn effectively with minimal guidance 
• ICT skills 

 REQUIREMENTS To harness ICT R & D 

 To benefit from the use of ICT in teaching and learning, the following points should be noted: 
• The use of ICT in teaching and learning should be well planned, not jump or midwife as ancillary activities not related to the curriculum 
• Teachers must use ICT in accordance with the curriculum or to support of an R & D approach 
• There is a hardware and software that can be used as well as appropriate learning activities 

 Understanding of the concept-based teaching and learning mode. 
 Mode or approach is introduced to the integration of ICT in teaching and learning is an approach to help teachers - teachers apply a process of learning that involves technology with more planned. The concept of the use of ICT in teaching and learning can be categorized as:
